Anita Ognjanovic was born on November 22, 1996, in Vrbas, Serbia. Currently studying acting at the esteemed Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Anita finds joy in activities such as kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, dancing, tennis, table tennis, basketball, football, basics of fencing, skateboarding, horse riding, yoga, swimming, diving, cycling, and even riding a boat.

She has actively participated in more than 20 short fiction films, several of which have garnered recognition at film festivals worldwide. Her works have been selected for esteemed events such as the Festival Tous Courts, In the Palace International Film Festival, Zubroffka Film Festival, Brussels Short Film Festival, Kustendorf Film Festival among others.

She received the award for Best Supporting Actress at the Nis Film Festival in 2022 for her exceptional performance in the film THE BEHEADING OF THE ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST. Additionally, she won the Golden Interpretation for Best Actress at the Bajina Basta International Short Film Festival in 2020 for her remarkable portrayal in the film EVERYTHING IN ITS RIGHT PLACE. Her talent was further recognized with the Best Actress award at the Valjevski Filmski Susreti for her role in the movie KROTKI.

Anita has worked with renowned directors and production companies - some of her notable film credits include USEKOVANJE, directed by Sinisa Cvetic, BODY PARTS directed by Svetislav Dragomirovic and EVERYTHING IN ITS RIGHT PLACE directed by Nikola Stojanovic.
