Cassandra Han began casting in the early 1990s in New York. After moving to Europe in 2003, she currently specializes in crossing over between the German, Italian, UK and US markets.

 

She just finished up the iconic German auteur Oskar Roehler’s upcoming feature EIGHT AND A QUARTER and is now working on a second film with him. Recent credits include two series for Paramount+: a six-part German Original entitled ONE TRILLION DOLLARS, produced by Wiedemann & Berg TV, and the eight-episode MISS FALLACI for Minerva (UK Casting).

 

Italy Casting credits includes James Mangold’s Oscar-winning FORD VS FERRARI, Terrence Malick’s A HIDDEN LIFE (Cannes 2019) and two seasons of Gaumont Germany’s hit series BARBARIANS (Netflix), directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky.

 

Other credits include the high-end historical drama series DAVOS for Letterbox; the Somali-language film SAMIA; the award-winning Polish feature FILIP from Akson Studios; the much-lauded Latvian/Italian feature SISTERS; the French/Indian animated film SCHIRKOA; Dror Zahavi’s feature film about a Palestinian-Israeli youth orchestra entitled CRESCENDO; the popular ARD/German series EIN HAUCH VON AMERIKA; and, just released, SAM - A SAXON, a groundbreaking German series on Disney+ in Europe and Hulu in the US.
