Dino Bajrović

Actor, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Dino Bajrović was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1995. After completing high school he enrolled and graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in 2020 at the Department of Acting. 

 

His first appearance as the lead role (Alem) was in the short film PRECIOUS directed by Irfan Avdić, which won the "Best Student Film" award at the 2018 Sarajevo Film Festival. In the fourth year of study, he got his first professional leading role (Arman) in the feature film SON directed by Ines Tanović, which opened the 25th Sarajevo Film Festival. 

 

The movie QUO VADIS AIDA? has won numerous prestigious awards, and was a candidate for the 2021 Oscar in the category for "Best Foreign Language Film". So far his last film was Quo vadis Aida in which he played one of the leading roles. This film offered him visibility and it pushed him more to test his limits.

 

Currently, Dino works on few plays at the National Theater in Sarajevo for which he won numerous awards. His passion for exploring new problems throughout the process is fulfilling every project that he is part of it.
