Emir Ćatović

Actor, Montenegro

Emir Ćatović was born in 1988 in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro. He began his formal training at the Academic of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje graduating in 2011.

Emir is permanent member of the ensamble of City Theatre in Podgorica. Besides City Theatre in Podgorica, Emir is also performing in other theatres in Montenegro, as well as in Belgrade.

Emir’s filmography includes roles in several TV Series in Serbia and Croatia, short feature films like The WIDOW (by Billy Chapman and Jack Perrotton) and TRANQUILITY OF BLOOD (by Senad Šahmanović), which has been awarded internationally. He also performed in GORČILO and BISER BOJANE, movies and TV Series directed by Milan Karadžić.

Emir currently resides in London, as a postgraduate student at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, under the mentorship of Mrs Amanda Brenan.
