Narcisa Cvitanović was born in 1979 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has been working in the film industry since 2014 and has collaborated with the production company Deblokada Sarajevo, founded by producer Damir Ibrahimović and director and producer, Jasmila Žbanić, the Best European director 2021 and BAFTA nominee.

She has been working as an executive producer on several film projects and as a casting director for the film QUO VADIS, AIDA? (Best European Film Award 2021, the Independent Spirit Award 2021 and BAFTA and Oscar nominee). In 2021, she started working as a talent agent and, in 2023 founded FT – Film and Talents Agency.

 

Her work as an agent includes projects for Netflix and Sky One. She represents some of the most prominent talents from Balkan and Europe, such as Jasna Đuričić, Best European Actress 2021. Narcisa is a member of the European Film Academy.

 

She lives and works in Sarajevo.
