Slavko Sobin

Slavko Sobin was born in 1984. in Split. After finishing high school in his hometown, at 18, he moved to Los Angeles to graduate at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2006.
He is now based in Zagreb, Croatia but building respectful international film and TV career. His latest credits include TV series: EL TURCOl Turco (Disney Plus), EVERYBODY LOVES DIAMONDS (Prime Video), DJANGO (Sky), FBI: INTERNATIONAL (CBS). In this year he is also expecting premieres of films LUCKY MAN (USA), THE OLD GUARD 2 (USA), 97 MINUTES (UK/USA).
Global audience also knows him from the successful movies such as COLD WAR directed by Pawel Pawlikowski and PAPILLION directed by Michael Noer. Fluent in English, he mainly plays in that language, but also performed in Italian, Turkish and Russian. In his mother language Croatian, he made distinguished roles in TV series such as PAD (Firefly) and PATROLA NA CESTI (Kinorama).
Local audience love him as Žungul in popular TV series CRNO-BIJELI SVET, and the youngest ones trough his literature. Slavko is an author of the book ŠAPICE. Besides writing but also reading, Slavko is passionate about sports, healthy lifestyle and animals.
Even he spends most of the time on film and TV sets, Slavko doesn’t neglect theatre. He wrote and directed musical “Srce na sceni” with young actors who suffer of cerebral paralysys.
Currently he is preparing two lead roles in films to be shot in Croatia and UK.
