Lara Abul Failat

Lara Abul Failat is an agent with nearly 10 years of experience. Born in Amman to a Greek mother and a Jordanian-Palestinian father, she has the cultural and linguistic fluidity to navigate the growing need for EMEA talent. She started her career as a dancer before becoming a casting director in performing arts in Greece. Identifying a need for international talent in Tinseltown, she opened her agency in Los Angeles, CA becoming the bridge that connects European and Middle Eastern talent to Hollywood. Today Lara’s clients span across multiple countries including: Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal, the United States, Turkey, Jordan, UAE, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, and Palestine. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations and Communications. She earned her credentials in Dance at IDTA. Her academic studies coupled with her artistic background give her the sensitivity to handle her clients' creative demands while addressing their business and commercial needs.
