Marina Redžepović

Marina Redžepović was born in 1982 in Sisak. As the daughter of a military pilot, she spent her early childhood across various cities of the former Yugoslavia, most notably in Tuzla. Since 1990, she has lived in Zagreb, where she graduated in French language and literature and comparative literature from the University of Zagreb. She began acting during her university years, participating in student films and workshops. Over the past seventeen years, she has worked professionally, mostly on screen, appearing in around thirty short films, including award-winning titles such as I AM A SELF-MADE WOMAN, YOU BITCH, FULL CIRCLE, PRETTY BOY, HALF A PERSON, NO WOLF HAS A HOUSE, and DOG OF A FAMOUS PERSON. She has also acted in feature films such as PIGS, THE SUMMERHOUSE, THE LAST SERB IN CROATIA, THE STAFFROOM, TRACES, and EVERYTHING COMES TO AN END, as well as in TV series including SUNDAY MORNING, SATURDAY NIGHT, THE PAPER, and KUMOVI. For her leading role in THE STAFFROOM, she received multiple festival awards. For the past three years, she has been a regular cast member in the TV series KUMOVI. She is fluent in English and French, and has practiced dance, volleyball, boxing, and running. She has a younger brother and lives and works in Zagreb.
